The hotel is designed well and offers a nice gym and pool. There's a free shuttle which helps greatly. Only mild annoyance is its limited to one elevator. Still highly recommend it.

Hotel is extremely clean with an updated room. We felt a bit misled with the price given on Expedia and paying up front for a $75 breakfast. The hotel had no record of this and the hotel didn't really have a restaurant. There's a small market deli you walk too where you can get food. The credit was straightened out after a few email proofs. There were also additional taxes which weren't shown on the Expedia price. They had a nice bar but it's did not have any white wine other than Savignon blanc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at AKA West Palm, and from arrival to checkout, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The on-site market, a.market on Olive, is a delightful addition. I tried the croissant with egg and bacon, and it was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. The gym facilities are top-notch—one of the best I’ve encountered while traveling. The beautiful rooftop pool and the 8 AM yoga sessions in the sunshine provided a powerful start to the day. This modern, well-thought-out hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and all that Palm Beach has to offer. Amazing location, convenient, clean, rooms were spacious and had everything you could need. Heads up to look closely at your invoice when checking out. I was charged for a night of parking and one extra night stay. They reversed this after I received my online bill and called, but was still a hassle to follow-up and sneaky of them to do this.
