Staff was awesome! Lobby was great! The room however needed work. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door and wouldn’t stay closed it kept rolling back 6 inches so you have no privacy. The shower handle kept falling off and the sheets were stained and ripped. When it was more like a travel lodge feel and not worthy of the Hilton name

Shawn at the front desk was very courteous. The next day the lady at the front desk was also kind. The water in the iron and perhaps the iron needs to be changed. I ironed my blouse for my interview. It ended up making my blouse smell very musty and stale. The website said the price that I saw, would be the price that I would pay. I still ended up paying about $30.00 above what was promised.

Room immaculate, a variety of pillow types, comfortable mattress and nice bedding, in-room safe, updated furnishings, quick real food & junk food for purchase in lobby, plus a real restaurant, pleasant staff, shops & restaurants in same area for a reasonable price. I'd prepaid on Expedia for room. Only negative, didn't realize there's a $7/night plus tax parking fee b/c it's a garage shared with nearby office building. Since all else so good for the price, I'd still stay again. Also, they have a feature where they send you a welcome text and you can text with any needs and to provide feedback. I love the immediacy of texting - another plus for this Hilton Garden Inn. There's a pool too.

The room was clean except the corners of the bathroom floors or where tile meets walls. Should have the cleaning staff wipe and clean bathroom walls that have stains. The bath towels are small and rough from all the bleaching. Staff was very nice and accommodating, hotel was quiet and in a great location; near restaurants, shopping.

The front desk sent us a personalized note seeing if there's anything they could do for us. I thought that was very nice. The cleaning crew did an amazing job. The hotel always seemed very, very clean and location can't be beat.
