The hotel wasn’t well maintained. The hallways were grimy and the room was below average. The toilet smelled like urine and the shower situation was sub par (nasty shower curtain, little amenities, etc)

I have never stayed at a more filthy hotel. The bath/shower in our room was disgusting and I want a refund. It didn’t even work. Slow trickle of water into a gross bathtub, shower did not even work. (AT ALL).

Nothing unique. Close drive to outlets. If you book on line it's at least 30.00 less than walking into the lobby and booking a room. Door to room was very hard to open. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Room was very small but sufficed for an overnight stay.

Shabby condition of entire property. Front desk clerk worked very hard to cover his duties plus the breakfast, as that staff did not show up.

Nice area, can walk to church and dinning areas. Near freeways-but you can kinda hear it at night. Other than that it was all good but they did not clean room daily.

Very dated property. Room itself was nice. No operating ice machine anywhere at the property. Smells like industrial cleaner. Breakfast was well, disappointing. Not a place I will consider in the future.

The staff are very friendly and the location is great near the freeway. These are the only positive things I can say about the hotel. It was flat out nasty!. It should be rated a 1 or 2 star. The carpet was moist, the bath tub black, toilet seat broken, dog pee in elevator! Never again!!

This hotel is not up to par for a $220/night hotel. I understand the location is part of the price, but it seems that the owners have not reinvested in the property in decades.

This was my fourth stay at this property. As always, the staff is impeccable at their job. The hotel is definitely my West Palm Beach destination.

Property is badly in need of an upgrade. Bathtub is stained and so unappealing we didn’t use it. Hall carpet is unattractive and appears dirty. Staff are great but they can’t overcome a deficient property. They advertise a free shuttle to airport but the first run is at 10:30 so worthless for a noon flight. Overpriced for the accommodation. Surprisingly, as I thought La Quinta Inns had a good rep.

Nice stay but some issues.

The staff was friendly and room was clean. But toilet handle was broke (I fixed it myself) and door to the room stuck and we need to really push to open. Ample parking and good location for our needs.
