Beautiful place really close to city place and downtown Clematis Street. Just a quick 5-10 min uber to get anywhere downtown. The neighborhood was a little ruff, but we felt safe in the apartment. I would rent again.

Beautiful property near Cityplace

Very cute 2 bedroom condo. Stan is a very accommodating host and super responsive.The place is very comfortable and a one mile walk to Cityplace (not the prettiest walk, we Uber'd back). Early checkin and late checkout were available, which we needed (for a fee).Only recommendation I have for Stan is the sofa is due for a replacement, the cushions are worn down.Overall, a great stay and I would stay with Stan again.
