Resort Style Pool Home, 1 mi. to Palm Beach Island

Located in the heart of Old Northwood. A historical neighborhood, a former mango farm with delicious mango trees everywhere, including our backyard. Summer is when they are in full force of fruiting.
>We are walking distance to the fun Village of Northwood, with great restaurants and eclectic shops.
>1 block off the water and the famous Flagler Dr, approx. 1.5 miles from downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island. A 10 min ride to many local beaches, and 10 min to Palm Beach airport. You are truly in the heart of it all, whatever your needs are.
>A large open floorplan with a great flow and hardwood floors through out. A big comfy couch in the living area to chill, watch TV or entertain.
>Split bedrooms, with 2 that share a bath on one side and a bedroom with bath en suite on the other. 2 queens and a king bed available.
> Kitchen is well stocked for making any meals you may want.
>French doors open off the kitchen and dining area to the large pool and spa. Plenty of places to hang out and chill, get some sun, have a meal, all surrounded by mature, lush gardens with fruit trees, like banana, mango and lime. Very private, a true tropical paradise.
> Pool and spa are fabulous and my fav! Heated and easy to operate via the iPad in the kitchen. Please leave it charged. There is a wonderful shallow area/sun shelf to dip and lounge in and of course a large swimming area with the spa at the end with lights that go on automatically each night. Please key your eye on the water level of the pool and spa. The water evaporates with the heat. The water level should always be at 1/2 up the blue tiles. We do not come by the house and make sure you are following the rules. If you do not follow this request and the motor blows from low water, you will be responsible for replacement.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO DIVING.
>Backyard living is the BEST here. Lot's of space to lounge around, get some sun of sit in the shady areas for relief. The perfect Florida lifestyle.
>We are happy to provide the basics of toilet paper, 2/bathroom, paper towels, coffee, spices and cooking supplies to get you started. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to stock up on your own provisions if you use up ours.
> BBQ is available, please be sure to turn off the gas tank and clean the grilling racks after each use. Let us know if it is empty and needs to be replaced.

>The pool gate protection is there for a few reasons:
1. Protection for children who may wonder off into the pool and can not swim. PLEASE SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2. To deter any critters who may get into the pool and relieve themselves. You are welcome to just open at the gate and use accordingly, or remove it completely. It just pops out of the drilled holes, (we have plugs for those) and folds over easily, storing it on the side of the house.
However, we strongly suggest you put it back up at night to keep the pests out. IF you leave it off over and an animal relieves themselves in the pool, DO NOT SWIM!!
You will be responsible for the service call to clean it and shock the water with heavy chemicals. This will mean the pool can not be used for at least 5 days for your safety precautions.
