Whatever cleaning stuff they use - the entire place had a chemical odor and - although I have no allergies - it caused my eyes to water and nose to run and I was miserable. There was not even a box of tissues in the bathroom. Could hear the televisions from the adjoining rooms. (which were on until late so no sleep). So a very poor value for the cost. I will not book at Woodspring Suites again.

Checked in late. Check in ends at midnight. Desk was closed by 11:20pm. Had to "call" for assistance. Stayed on the 4th floor. Reservation was for 3. Not enough towels. No box of tissue. Water pressure was next to nothing. Roaches in the room.

Great staff, terrible stay.

First let me say, the staff is amazing! Friendly, quick and helpful. But when we first got into the elevator, it’s so hot! I feel terrible for anyone riding it during the Florida summer. And our room wasn’t any better. I had to knock it down all the way just to get the room to cool down. It took until late at night for the room to finally cool down. The bed is so uncomfortable, my back was killing me on our check out morning. I found two bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, a roach and some sliver long bug! The bed moved every time we went to get in it. Water pressure in the shower is terrible. Check out is at 11am, which I have no issue with. But I was a little annoyed that it was a little after 10:30am and I went to get a cart to help bring stuff to the car and the key card didn’t work for my room anymore. I’m glad my boyfriend was still in the room or we would have been locked out. Staff was great. I asked for clean towels and they exchanged them out for nice hot clean towels. Check in was easy and the girl at the counter was funny and nice!

Woodspring Suites was well worth the stay with the room super cleanliness including the bathroom, very efficient and friendly front desk. Marcus the front desk manager was very helpful including the other front desk staff. Again with the cost per night, Woodspring Suites offer very good price with nice appliances, a big refrigerator, microwave and nice range. I strongly recommend this hotel located in West Palm Beach which has good fast foods and restaurants around it, and convenient.

The entire area was not very nice. It was an extended stay hotel. The beds were super uncomfortable and the nighttime noise was terrible.

There was a roach in my room. The staff was really nice and Expedia did refund me. I think this extended stay people actually stay there which made me nervous

Only downside is that there is with this property is that there isn’t a gym. They literally just threw 2 treadmills into a room with a halfway functioning cable machine.
