A gem

Needed a longer term stay (minimum of one week) with refrigerator and some cooking facilities in a nice clean place and at a reasonable price. This place not only met my requirements but exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone requiring the type of place I described and yet at a cost lower than places not half as nice give it a try.

The staff was good. The hotel was clean. The location is terrible. Very noisy as the traffic noise is very noticeable. The towels are shabby. For $275 a night, Kleenex should be in the room and decent towels. The noise can’t be helped but the towels could be decent.

Room smelled so bad.

The room stank. It smelled bad when we walked in. It was just before 11pm so we didn't think to ask to change, we just turned on the AC which helped a bit. The next morning, the A/C had been on so the room was freezing and we turned on the heater - OMG - it reaked. I had already checked the fridge and microwave... it was definitely the heater. (Room 311). I did tell the manager when I asked for extra towels that morning (we were only given 2) so perhaps it's been fixed.

Front door had very little parking near it, had to go around the building twice and then walk quickly to the door because it was starting to rain. Had a stove and full size refrigerator in the room so very good room for workers staying for a long period. Person in floor above me, checked in after 9 am and then moved all his furniture around which was extremely loud.

I booked room on Expedia and went to the hotel.I was shocked at the condition of the hotel and the surrounding area. The front desk lady was dealing with another unhappy customer. When it was my turn she told me there was no reservation. I told her I booked it with Expedia. I informed here I just booked it so it might take a few moments. She told me it might take a few hours., 45 minutes alter I asked her again and she found it. She was very rude., My bed was for better words a cot. There was some sort of oil or slippery substance on the floor. I tried to use my computer to get another place but there was NO FREE INTERNET. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the music and dogs barking in other rooms. I woke up early to be out by 5:00 I went into the lobby so I could make coffee in my room. I wanted to get hot water. There was hot water but no cups. The front desk area was covered by a metal wall so nobody was there. LOOK THE STAFF WAS RUDE, THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING & I'm very curious how some people gave it good reviews.

Property has paper thin walls, was kept up all night by upstairs guests. Same was said to staff by downstairs guests about us, downstairs proceeded to bang on the ceiling every-time we walked. Felt like we had to walk on egg shells to be extra quiet it sucked.
