First room was dirty with hair in the shower and on the bed sheets. Floor needed to be swept. They did move us to another room but that was only marginally better.

There was bugs, a spider the size of my hand on the bathtub. There was a bug catcher in the corner and spider webs EVERYWHERE. The bed was uncomfy and the floor made my son's feet black. It was gross and just overall an awful experience
