The host was excellent with communication and helping us with an issue. The location was perfect for our needs in the area (we are frequently there and very familiar). However the outward appearance of the home, the deck, and yard need serious improvements. The view to the ocean was wonderful but we couldn’t enjoy it from the deck at all… not only is there no outdoor furniture, the deck itself is dirty and looks old and unsafe. The layout of the house worked for us in general, but the plumbing issues were frustrating and dealing with the toilets all week was not fun. The odor in the entryway and staircase up to the home is very bad - luckily the door doesn’t continue into the rental. Nice host, perfect location, but unfortunately we likely wouldn’t choose it again
