The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Sarah at the front desk was very comforting after our accident that left us stranded. They do have pet rooms but "no breakfast". There's a restaurant and Starbucks but no free coffee. The rooms haven’t been updated in decades. Elevators were terrible. Room was stuffy, the AC is outdated, tv outdated. Overall terrible experience

The floor in our bathroom were sticky and our carpets were dirty. There was dirty handprints on the bathroom door and the toilet seat was falling off. We also has nothing except free tv channels. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the tv was a nice size.

Room wasn't too bad. I've seen worse, but the elevator wouldn't stop on the 4th floor. I could take it too the 4th floor but when i wanted to leave that floor i could hear the elevator working and trying but the foors never opened. I waited over 4 min one day and over 3 the next. When we walked up there were 4-5 employes that ignored us fully then walked away before the person who started next was even behind the counter. The lady that checked us in was in a god awful mood. She just started her shift and clearly didn't want to be there. Your front desk staff is the face of your company. They are the ones we see first. If you don't have friendly first meet, chances are your not going to have the best stay. The faces of your company need to be revamped and customer service classes might be in order. They have them online.
