Great, helpful staff. After a serious flight delay, I arrived at 2 am and the young lady behind the desk was fantastic! The place is just a bit dated very clean and the entire staff was great to interact with.

We booked a room with a bathtub inside, and when we got there, our room wasn't available! So I had to stay in a cheaper room. Up until then, everything was fine, but I tried to get a refund for the difference in the price of the rooms. Expedia tried to contact the property several times to get my refund, but the property simply wouldn't authorize my refund. So I feel like I was being robbed because they took money that wasn't theirs. The rooms had a huge price difference. On the day I checked in, an employee apologized and said they would give me a discount as an apology. I didn't get the discount or my money back! It's not worth getting the most expensive room with the pool inside. You'll end up in a regular room and paying more for it!

What is the deal with the bed covers? You simply cannot sleep under those comforters and thats all you have . A b ig huge comforter and a sheet. I have since stayed in two different hotels and they have a sheet, and one small comforter. That's what you should have.

I am a dog lover but I don't like the fact they placed us in a room right next to a barking dog. We had no pets with us. And the hotel was not booked completely. And when we went to the desk to ask for a different room, the guy just put his hand out for the door keys, typed in his computer and handed us our new keys with very little communication and definitely no apology for putting us in a room right next to a dog. I also did not like the fact that dogs were in the breakfast food area while the owner looked to see what there was for breakfast. The room desk area was not completely wiped down as I wiped it with as washcloth and what appeared to be lipstick and scotch tape was removed.
