Our stay was great except for a smell that we had in the room. We let front desk know and they tried to locate it. No luck finding it. They did offer to switch rooms but we were already half way through our trip. Let front desk know the smell was there when we left but not sure if they are gonna take care of it. The front desk person didnt really seem to care and didnt even apologize. Besides that it was a great stay.

Very noisy, 4 days of no sleep, room above us, sounded like furniture be moved all around running across the floor all night, could not get any rest, did tell a lady at the desk, but nothing was stopped. Pillows sucked, was clean and friendly.

Great location right outside west entrance to Yellowstone and walkable to local restaurants and shopping. Staff very nice. Property was clean but has some age on it particularly the bathroom.

The hotel could use a few little tweeks to update it a bit- better faucets for instance- but overall a really nice stay. They are very welcoming and helpful and the room was very comfortable!

Love this hotel! Free laundry, just gotta be quick when it’s open. Very friendly staff, also loved being able to do s’mores with the kids out by the fire pit. Didn’t use the pool or fitness area but they looked very well maintained. Nice area as well, very safe.

Loved this place. They charge a resort fee, but we felt that we got a lot for the fee compared to what other hotels usually offer. The breakfast was very generous albeit somewhat repetitive (it's a nice spread, but the food options were identical each day). The s'more kits were awesome. They offer free laundry (just pay for detergent). The indoor pool is small and cozy, but still fun for my kids. We even borrowed binoculars from the camp host. And occasionally, they have free cookies for guests! The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great option for our family.

When we arrived at the Gray Wolf Inn, we were informed that they did not have room for us. They said that the previous guests caused damage to the room. They didn't try and save a comparable room for us, they just gave what they had away to people who arrived earlier than we did. So, they had us stay at another property all together that they owned called the Yellowstone Park Lodge. I had specifically requested a quiet room, not near the elevator or ice machine. They room they gave us was right across the elevator and above a common seating area outside a gas fireplace where guests congregate. They had no other choices as all the other rooms were booked. This was a major inconvenience as after 2 flights and a 2 hour drive, my choice was starting from scratch to find a hotel or take this room.
