Cute place to stay. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was little worn due to the age, but was a great place to stay convenient to shops and restaurants in west Yellowstone and close to the west entrance to Yellowstone NP.

This is an interesting hotel . It is old but has been renovated. The main problem is the small size of the rooms which their renovations did not address. There is limited counter space in the bathroom, yet they chose to install counter mounted sinks. The main issue I had was the incompetent housekeeping staff. There are people that know what they are doing that dont have jobs. Obviously this hotel has chosen the cheaper option. Even though I requested housekeeping every day this amounted to nothing more than replacing towels. The bed was never made , nor was the bathroom ever cleaned during my stay. I did have the head of housekeeping and she acknowledged the substandard service.. she said that was not what we were paying for and she would talk to the manager. This was obviously lip service, as the front desk was surprised when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel. It is overpriced and offers little.

Convenient to Yellowstone . Located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Lobby has a western theme with stuffed wildlife. Recommend it for your stay.

Was near the airport. Walking distance to shopping and eating. Refrigerator in room wouldn't freeze my cooler packs but was starting to freeze my food. I was concerned about a medicine freezing and being ruined. They put my cooler packs in the breakfast room freezer until i checked out so my meds didn't freeze and could be kept cold during my next flight. Thank you.

Convenient Location

Great place to stay. Had to make a last minute accommodation and they were available. Facilities are a little run down but everything worked. Breakfast was a little better than your standard Continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. Great location to get into the park and for downtown West Yellowstone shopping and activities.
