The small but beautiful apartment "Brans Igge" is located in one of the most beautiful apartment houses Westerland, only 9 minutes walk from the train station Westerland away.

Brans Igge has a small bedroom for 2 people and a modern living area with an open kitchenette. For small families a travel cot is available free of charge. Minis are welcome!

The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with grill, kettle and toaster.

In the living area of the apartment is a built-in wardrobe, which offers enough space for your holiday luggage. Furthermore, a flat screen TV is space-saving installed in the built-in wardrobe. So you only see the TV if you really want to watch television. But honestly ... just 350 meters away is the beach. Because you are really watching TV. :-)

A large window front provides enough daylight. In front of it is also the south-west terrace with lounge furniture.

The small bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror cabinet and toilet.

In the bedroom, a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) ensures comfortable, restful hours.

Feel completely at ease in this small but beautiful apartment and enjoy the central location to the city Westerlands or the beautiful, endless Sylter Weststrand.

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, ohne künstliches Licht geht es nicht. Der Raum mit dem Bett ist sehr eng, beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett stößt man mit dem Kopf gegen die Wand. Das Bad ist klein, sitzt man auf der Toilette, kann man sich nicht bewegen, da man rechts an die Dusche stößt und links an die Wand. Der Abfluss in der Dusche und im Waschbecken ist fast zu, Wasser läuft kaum ab. Die Duschwand ist undicht und setzt das Bad nur dann nicht unter Wasser, wenn man die Gummis im Bereich der unteren Duschwand mit den Fingern richtet. Aber auch dann leckt sie an einer Stelle. In die Dusche hinein zu kommen ohne sich die Ellenbogen zu stoßen, lernt man schnell. Kein Abzug im Bad, die vordere Eingangstür der Wohnung muss geöffnet werden, damit Luft zirkuliert. Der Höhenunterschied im Boden der Wohnung wird durch Stufen, bzw. einer Rampe in den Schlafraum ausgeglichen, muss man aber wissen, sonst kann man stürzen. Der Schlafraum hat eine Tür, die unmittelbar in das Kellergeschoss des sonst schönen Appartementhauses führt. Mir ist es passiert, dass eines Abends ein Mann von der Kellerseite wild an der Tür klopfte und radebrechend Einlass begehrte, er sei der Maler. Gruselig! Für Gepäckverstauung ist kein Platz. Die Terasse ist der Bereich vor der Wohnung, also die charmante ehemalige Garagenzufahrt, als die Wohnung eben diese gewesen ist oder auch als sonstiger Kellerraum diente. Man sitzt ungefähr 2 m von den Nachbarn der Wohnungen links und rechts daneben entfernt. Echt nicht schön.

Gute Lage in Westerland, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Appartement liegt im Souterrain eines mehrstöckigen Komplexes auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Der Zugang erinnert an einen Garagenhof und ist wenig einladend. Es scheint so, als wäre die Garage hier zu einem Appartement ausgebaut worden. Platzverhältnisse mäßig. Für eine Übernachtung okay, wenn man in dem Appartement nur schlafen will, wie es bei mir der Fall war. Ziemlich hellhörig und die Räume wirkten niedrig. Für ein Wohlfühl-Feelling fehlte mir ein ansprechendes Umfeld und eine akzeptable Aussicht. Preis/Leistung mit 180EUR/Nacht mit Handtüchern und Bettzeug für Sylt am Wochenende wahrscheinlich okay, im Vergleich zu guten Hotels jedoch gefühlt zu teuer.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Für 27qm war die Wohnung doch ein echtes Raumwunder. Allerdings gab es auch ein paar kleine Schwächen wie innenliegendes Bad ohne Lüftung und damit einhergehende Schimmelbildung in der Türlaibung, wenn ein Vormieter nicht lüftet, Badschrank total verstaubt, halbe Rolle Klopapier zu Beginn, TV Sender gingen nicht komplett etc. In Summe ein gutes Erlebnis für den Preis und die Lage bis zum Strand mit 1,2 kleinen Mängeln.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung nur ca. 350m vom Strand entfernt. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung optimal geeignet.

Klein aber sehr fein!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein wahres Raumwunder. Jeder Platz sinnvoll genutzt, und hat nichts gefehlt, aber es war auch nicht überfrachtet. Wir sind zu zweit in der Wohnung gewesen, meine 16jährige Tochter und ich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand nicht weit weg, zu Fuß an den Westerländer Hauptstrand und auch nach Wenningstedt-Braderup war gut machbar. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Familie Bersa war sehr herzlich!

Naja

Im Inserat war ein anderes Sofa angezeigt welches größer war, dies fanden wir sehr schade ebenso das im Wohnbereich keine Lampe war außer eine kleine im Fenster doch diese funktionierte nicht. Es war auch recht laut da wir neben dem Heizungskeller (?) waren und abends bis 22:30 Uhr war es echt laut. Auch für sehr laut empfunden haben wir, das wir die Spülungen der Wohnungen über uns jedes Mal gehört haben. In der Dusche lagen fremde Haare und auch die Toilette war nicht sauber.

Grundsätzlich waren wir gut zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Das einzige ist die Hellhörigkeit,da direkt an der Schlafzimmer-Tür der Flur ist. Und das „Tropfen“ der Heizung hat schon ein bisschen um den Schlaf gebracht.

Unterkunft perfekt für 2 Personen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Check-In funktioniert ganz problemlos, Parkplätze sind genügen an der Straße vorhanden. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Familie Bersa war immer schnell erreichbar falls man Fragen hat. Entfernung zum Strand sind ziemlich genau 300m. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage, schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters auf Anfragen. Leider hat uns der Aufenthalt im Brans Igge nicht gefallen. Die Unterkunft erinnert eher einer umgebauten Garage, Lüften ist nur über den Eingang möglich. Schimmel im Bad, es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Apartment abzudunkeln. Direkt neben dem Bett gibt es eine abgeschlossene Tür, die vermutlich zum Keller führt. Daher oftmals lautes knallen von Brandschutztüren. Für den Preis findet man sicherlich eine schönere Unterkunft auf Sylt.

Die Wohnung liegt im Kellerbereich/Untergeschoss eines MFH „Hedighuis“ mit separatem Zugang, Ausblick auf Parkfläche. Bad/WC und Schlafbereich ist ausgesprochen beengt. Bad/WC sind sauber, aber „in die Jahre“ gekommen. Küchenbereich nur für kleinere Mahlzeiten ausreichend. Geschirr/Besteck i.O. In einer Wandnische sind hinter einer Holz-Tür-Verkleidung TV, Ablage- und Aufhängoptionen vorhanden. Vermieter hat nach einem Mängelhinweis umgehend für Abhilfe geschaffen. Für unsere 4-tätige Übernachtung hat die Unterkunft ausgereicht.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, und zum Strand ist es wirklich nicht weit. Leider kann man das „Schlafzimmer“ nicht abdunkeln oder verschließen. Ist einer wach sind alle wach. Das war aber bei der angegebenen Größe der Wohnung zu erwarten. Ich würde einen minus Punkt für den schlechten Fernsehempfang und den zu niedrigen Tisch geben wollen. Naja fernsehen kann man echt woanders. Trotzdem würde ich das Gerät mal tauschen. So richtig schön frühstücken geht an dem Tisch nicht. Wer kein Problem mit Tiny hat, ist dort richtig.
