This is a cute, simple, right on the ocean location. Everyone was nice. Its no frills, but cozy and cute. My view of the ocean was great and I was comfortable for a two-day trip.

Amazing to have access to the private beach ! Lounge chairs on the deck / grass! Pool is great for kids with changing rooms ! Rooms has great AC units, fantastic storage, good TV channels . Highly recommend! Good hotel restaurant ! Walking distance from other restaurants. Only 8 minutes from Watch Hill !

The property is beautiful. Right on the beach. Me and my daughter wanted a nice relaxing girls getaway and that’s what we got. A walkout to the beach. The pool is heated so if the ocean is too cold to swim can enjoy the pool. Enjoyed the restaurant with the view of the ocean. No complaints. Had a perfect time.

PVI’s main attraction is its proximity to the ocean right at its doorstep. Beautiful views and plenty of beach to walk makes it an ideal stay destination in RI. The amenities are fairly limited prior to late May, as the heated pool isn’t available and the restaurant/bar is closed some days. Still, the beach area and nearby Westerly, Stonington, and Mystic have plenty of charm to make late April and early May worth the stay.

This is by far the BEST oceanfront stay I have ever had! It was beautiful, with the ocean literally being steps away. We could hear the water rushing up to the rocks at night. The buildings are a bit dated, and ours smelled very strongly of someone smoking something... but it was a fantastic stay and I would honestly return to this area JUST to stay here!

I think for the money it could have been more impressive. The view is gorgeous from the patio and the private beach is perfect. The restaurant is not open every day so that was disappointing and the public restrooms in the foyer definitely needed some attention. My room itself was poolside and very clean. The pool also looked very clean and well maintained. On the patio itself there was some fruit from a cocktail I imagine and a fork discarded from dinner the night before. The hotel is also further down Atlantic which I liked...away from louder crowds. It really was a peaceful stay, just minor details..I would recommend overall.
