Has WIFI and internet, 2 TV's, DVD Player, 2 A/C's 2 Heaters, 2 Ceiling Fans. Just a short distance to Toccoa Falls and Clemson University.
Keep in mind that this is a "woodsy" setting, and there will be some bugs and spider webs, and occasionally a bug may get in the house.
