Are experience with the staff that we dealt with was completely unacceptable, and we are going to ask for a complete refund in full. Our purpose for booking this hotel was to attend an event in Weston WV that started at 11:30 pm the day before to request an early check in because we were traveling from northern Virgina and the trip was about 5 hours to the hotel. So when i called asking for an eatly check in, we were told that woild be ok, and that we could arrive as early as 11:30 am for our reservation date of the following day. When we arrive at 12:45 pm on the day of our reservation, the upper middle aged blound haired receptionist asked me if i had a reservation, asked me for my ID, and informed me the check in was at 3:00 pm, but they did have clean rooms available for us to checknin early for an additional charge of 30 dollars. I then went on to ask if they had anything on hotels.com mentioning this? They did not. The person i spoke to the day before made now mention of this. There was no signage to be found anywhere on site mentioning this, and we have been checking in and out of hotels nation wide for over twenty years, and have never been asked for an additional fee to check in early ,or late. The lady was very unprofessional and done right rude as an individual, not to mention an employee in the hospitality industry.
