You're welcome to enjoy the deeded boat slip, lakefront, and the lawn, all thanks to the HOA. Feel free to use the association beach area during the day. There's a washer and dryer in the garage for your convenience. Just a heads up, the garage is used by the owner for storage, so it's not available for parking.

Explore the local area! You're just a short drive from the Peninsula Market and the Holiday Market in Chester, both less than 10 miles away. For boating enthusiasts, Knotty Pine and Big Cove offer boat launches and rentals for a small fee.
