Security deposit: A refundable $500 credit-card pre-authorization and ID are required at check-in (card must belong to the registered guest). Released 5–7 days after departure pending inspection.

House rules: Primary renter 25+, no smoking, pets, parties, or events. We reserve the right to relocate guests in unforeseen circumstances to a similar or upgraded unit and will notify you as early as possible if that’s required.

Heads-up: Balcony faces the property entrance with mountain views. A/C is in the primary bedroom only.
