Snow-dusted trees frame the view as you arrive, the air crisp and quiet after a day in the mountains. Inside, warmth settles in quickly - boots come off, the fire crackles, and the pace slows as evening falls over Blackcomb. From first tracks to fireside downtime, this townhouse keeps you closely connected to winter in Whistler.



The home is an entire two-level townhouse in the Snowgoose community, offering ski-in access via Lower Cruiser Run when conditions allow. Vaulted ceilings and tall picture windows bring in natural light, while the living area centers around an indoor fireplace that invites you to unwind after time outdoors. Comfortable seating, a TV, and a stereo create an easy place to relax together between ski days and village outings.



Kitchen & dining

The open-concept kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy mornings. It includes a full kitchen and dining setup, with space to gather at the dining table and breakfast bar. Heated floors add comfort during winter stays, and the layout keeps everyone connected whether you’re preparing meals or lingering over coffee.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, two closets, a sitting area, and access to a private balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and a bunk bed, with access to a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the main level, the third bedroom includes two twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, making it well suited for families or groups traveling together.



Work & convenience

High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or remote work. An in-unit washer and dryer, clothing storage, and heating throughout the home add everyday ease during winter months. A private entrance and self check-in via lockbox make arrivals simple.



Parking & access

Guests have access to a free parking garage on the premises and free street parking. Secure underground parking accommodates two vehicles. An EV charger is available on the property - fee applies. Elevator access is available within the building.



Location highlights

When snow conditions allow, you can ski back toward the property via Lower Cruiser Run. The free shuttle is a short walk away, connecting you to Whistler Village and both base areas. Lost Lake is nearby, offering winter cross-country skiing and snowy trails.



Outdoor features & amenities

The home includes a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture, along with standard safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and luggage dropoff is available for early arrivals or late departures.



Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Snowgoose complex and grounds are 100% non-smoking

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Location!

The property is located in a great place on the "5" bus line that gets you to Blackcomb and Whistler villages. The condo was very clean and there was good communication with the management company. A couple of things to consider. There is no hot tub at the condo or in the condo complex. Also, the bathrooms and plumbing in general is quite dated and funky. Otherwise, a great place for a group or family.

This home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed The owners/management company were fantastic to work with. Very responsive and provided timely information. The free shuttle stop is literally in front of the complex which was so convenient. I love to try coffee shops while traveling and Whistler didn’t disappoint. Lift, Moguls and Artigiano were all wonderful. For an amazing dining experience, go to Il Caminetto. La Bocca and Beacon were delicious as well. For a fun evening experience… try “Escape Whistler”!

We stayed with friends for a 5 day ski trip. The condo was located in an ideal location to catch the bus to the hill. The place was clean and well appointed with fresh towels and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the fireplace apre ski and a comfortable living room space to gather and discuss our ski day. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Whistler townhouse

We very much enjoyed our summer stay in the Blackcomb area of Whistler. The townhouse is very clean, very well located for hiking and golf and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had an issue with parking and the Whistler Platinum crew were very responsive and very helpful. We would happily stay in this townhouse again.
