Oh, when we got there, they put us right above the entry to the hotel and if we open the window exhaust would come in and noise from Earl’s. Then it was our twins birthdays and I had a little speaker to celebrate by the pool and I was told by the spa that we can’t have a speaker playing, not very kid friendly. Then I forgot my credit card and I put the deposit on my debit, the manager went up to check the room, and said the debit machine wasn’t working. when it just worked for the person before us, she didn’t want to return my deposit and lied that it wasn’t working and went up and checked our room, and of course the room was good. Anyways, the cleaners were awesome. The front staff was great, I don’t think they should have a spa side pool where kids are gonna be playing.. I don’t think we’ll stay there again

Great room. We got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. Everything has excellent. The only thing I could complain about was no soap for the bathtub. You couldn’t use from the shower or sink as they were locked in place. Other than that, 100%.
