It’s a decent hotel. High price for what you get but it is Whistler. Staff were pleasant but they did make a mistake upon check-in and gave us the wrong room and had us move after we settled in. They did provide free breakfast in compensation.

Great staff and customer service — pretty reliable. Ski storage on the ground floor. Rooms are a bit outdated but still comfortable. Hallways smell like food but no issues inside the room. A few comments said they saw silverfish in the bathroom— I didn’t notice any and I stayed for 2 nights on the 3rd floor (also, silverfish are not harmful to humans). Location is also pretty good! I enjoyed my stay. For Whistler, the price is reasonable (in a regular town/city, it would be too much).
