Had to wait a day for the hottub to come up to temp after the water was changed prior to our stay - not a big deal, and glad to see that its kept clean - worth it once it was at temp! Living room area was a little smaller than we expected but very nicely appointed and the owner was very responsive when we reached out. Location was fantastic!
