We have just returned and raised a complaint about the property, no welcome e mail received with details of how to access property, impossible to get through to rental company to discuss issues. No internet throughout stay, only able to use one bathroom as water scorching due to fault in 2nd bathroom, could not use TV, the only shower that did work then flooded through the floor below and through light fittings in kitchen, poorly cleaned before our arrival see pics
