The staff was friendly and helpful. The entire hotel including the pool very clean. The atmosphere was calm and quiet.Even the guests were considerate, gently closing doors and low voices in hallways. The breakfast offered multiple options. Would definitely stay next time I am at Jack Frost skiing.

Our stay at this place was memorable and great! The staff is extremely nice and polite, the hotel is clean and well located, the room was also very clean and spacious. They offer hot breakfast which included egg omelettes, sausages, French toast, breads, bagels, cinnamon rolls and pancakes, coffee and hot chocolate. but besides all this, what made our stay amazing was the Christmas decorations in the lobby , the hot chocolate station and the Santa Claus present for our kid! She will never ever forget her stay at this hotel, the letter she got from Santa and all the presents she got! Please never stop doing this for the kids and keep always this excellence!
