I asked for a room on first floor as i was only there 10 hours and had a couple trips to and from my car of stuff i needed to prep for the next day. The staff i thought was jokijg about no heat in the room but no there was no heat it was not the end but i like jt a bit cooler not ideal if i had my kids. I did not notice at first but there was no shower curtain either.

Less than stellar

The parking area was adequate. The check-in staff was less than personable. Air conditioning was not an issue but the base board heating was not working. The wall mounted emergency heating was adequate. There were two adequate bath towels, no hand towel or wash rag. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator but no coffee maker. With no guest facilities in the lobby, that makes for a less than pleasant start to a business day.
