We travelled with 5 kids to kalispell and we chose this hotel over another because of the pool, despite it being $30 more a night. Upon checkin, we were informed that the pool was out of order but the spa still worked. The kids were extremely upset but we decided to stay anyway because we weren’t able to receive a refund any longer. When we got to our joining rooms one of the fridges wasn’t working and were told that there were no replacements and the next morning when we went to use the spa it was cold and overflowing so it wasn’t useable. Next time we will stay elsewhere or call ahead to make sure we aren’t paying more for a hotel that doesn’t have a working pool.

Ithe stay was nice all around aside for the fact the hotel advertised a pool but when arriving the day after booking the pool was closed due to maintenance, this was not as advertised when chosing this hotel. That was the reason I booked and and would have chosen another location if that had been noted.

Room was clean and maybe needs some small repairs to keep spotless. TV remote was confusing...could not get to the desired channel as the display kept changing without prompting...weird. Mattress definitely needs replacing...lumpy, but manageable. Overall, I would stay here again...think my wife would approve as well.
