The laundry facility is directly across from the unit and Elmer’s fishing pond is 100 yards away. Unwind on the rear deck and watch your little buckaroos romp on the playground.



Savor the Air Conditioning (added to loft in 2023) on warm summer days or listen to the crackle of a toasty fire in winter. Take the chill off with radiant floor heating in both bathrooms.

Spiral steps were difficult to go up or down, just not used to a tight stairway like that. AC worked but it got hot due to the weather being in the mid 80's.
