The young lady who checked us in explained that she usually works at another of their hotels so she might have missed something but she was great & had all the answers. The pillows were a bit high & hard but that’s a personal thing. The hot tub may be on it’s last legs - only had one jet semi-working & not super hot ( that suited us though). Sounds like lots of negatives, but it was really quite good & I would stay there again.
