Great hotel for going to West Glacier. Perfect location, clean and comfy beds and bathroom, free ice and coffee, and fridge in room. Newly updated style and classy place. Would highly recommend for hikers and families.

Stayed in the "micro queen" which we would not do again. Last year we stayed in a king/larger room and it was overall fantastic and a very big room (almost unnecessarily so), so we thought we could do the micro queen room...it is a LOT smaller than the bigger room. There is basically zero storage so it felt a little too cramped for 2 people. The towels felt a little damp when we arrived but they changed them out. We were impressed last year right after they opened the renovated rooms, but this year I felt that it wasn't worth the nearly doubled room rate (same dates) for a room less than half the size.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location was a perfect distance to nearby towns and the entrance to the park. The room we had was a queen size room, and our only complaint would be that there is nowhere to put anything because the room is very small. Other than that, I would have read it as excellent!

Super cute hotel with a very modern look and feel. We did hear the people upstairs but probably because of the vinyl flooring Would highly recommend this property. So close to the west gate of glacier.

This is a new hotel, very lovely. We happened to have a small room--no chair, no closet, no room for our suitcases. We stayed 3 nights and didn't have any service to our room, but we were able to ask for more towels. Location is convenient to the NP and small towns. There's a lot to do around Columbia Falls.

Property was well located for an easy drive to Glacier NP. Rooms have been recently updated and the bathroom is really nice. Bed was comfortable. We were in a “micro king” (we were in a regular room and had to downgrade when adding a day prior to arrival to micro). There was barely room to maneuver around room with two suitcases. It needs a dresser or suitcase area to unpack/pack. Staff was very responsive to texts, but there is rarely anyone standing at the front desk. Overall, an average stay at a premium price point.

Free coffee in the a.m. was perfect before we set out for our hikes. Prime location between Whitefish, Columbia falls and Kalispell. Bear spray for rent right out front at a very reasonable price.
