After what was a terrible check in we enjoyed our stay very much. Great apartment with a great view

It was expensive and the communication was terrible. When we checked in no one gave us any information. We weren’t told about breakfast which was paid for. We weren’t told about the activities available to us. When we were leaving for the airport, I asked an hour before where to wait and sat in the heat for one hour then when everyone started boarding they made us get in the back of the line of about 60 people because where I was waiting was the opposite side of where the group lined up. Then the man who told me where to wait rudely said, “ everyone else figured it out!” loudly in front of everyone which embarrassed me. I was the only one who had asked as I was the only one who sat there for an hour in the heat waiting. For what I paid to stay here I expected better service and communication.

Staff were excellent. Food was well prepared and delicious. Very quiet, peaceful & relaxing. Best to access via Shute harbour
