Not sure if you are aware but the room down stairs on deck side next to bathroom the fan does not work and the aircon was so noisy it could not be used. Loved the card game life hacks

Relaxing Break
Spent the week om the Hamilton Island with family celebrating a major birthday. Property was close to town, easy walk in but a steep incline back (good exercise but buggy definitely needed). Property had all that our family of 6 needed (four adults and two children). Kids loved the pool as well as the local wildlife (plenty of warnings not to feed). Check in was a breeze with our buggy and valet waiting at the airport. Overall, a very pleasing experience. Would rebook in the future.

Lacked basic necessities, otherwise great location, great views and overall a nice place to stay.
The villa has the perfect location on the island, it’s close to the harbour where everything you will need is, got a great view of the water and has access to a pool for the villas in that area.
Unfortunately cannot rate our stay 5 stars as our group was surprised and disappointed at the amount of things we needed to purchase due to them either not being supplied at all or ran out on day 1.
Toilet paper, paper towels, foil, cooking oil, salt&pepper, dish washing liquid, dishwashing tablets (only 3 supplied for our 5 night stay with 8 people), bbq lighter (to use the bbq as the igniter didn’t work) are just some of the things we needed to buy before we could cook anything and things we’d normally find are supplied at most holiday rentals.
