Upon arrival found a single mouse dropping on bed, had to wash bedding right away. Informed the property manager about it which they did not feel like it was a health hazard. Then later and next day went to realize there was NOT a single room with mouse droppings it. Large amount behind washer and dryer, bathroom,under bathroom sink, every closet, inside bottom of stove on some pans in drawer,in the oven, under stove including a dead mouse in a trap, and around dishwasher ,along with many glue traps and mice baits. Thanks to the housekeepers for Stayover rental agency! Not until after spending at least 5 hours back and forth through messages and phone calls we were offered a different place to stay as this property needed an extensive cleaning. Stayover offered to come clean after the first day.Which would have been a lengthy job and major inconvenience. After all decided to leave the area and head home for the 6 hour drive. We did get a full refund from stayover, but VRBO has been ignoring my emails pertaining to the 68 thats their fee that should be also refunded for the major inconvenience and cancelling the remaining part of our vacation after all. I never put up reviews but in this case it was a must especially now VRBO is no longer responding to me. Beware where you stay and inspect the property carefully before you sleep there. Just looking out for health and safety of others.
