No one was at the front desk when we arrived, we had a 10-15 minute wait to check in. The facility is very clean and nice, breakfast was very good. But very little hot water in the shower, it never did get really warm just not cold.

Overall great! Clean, great interaction with everyone working there. Loved the lobby. Loved the room. The bed was comfortable. There were some weird design things that were not dealbreakers at all but wanted to give feedback to the hotel about them in case they can be tweaked. First, the TV is in a super weird spot and I almost tripped over it several times coming from around the side of the bed nearest the window. Also, you kind of can't really see the TV from anywhere-- it faces the front door, not the couch, not the bed which is extremely odd. I tried to angle it so it would both a) not trip me and b) be seen from the couch but it seemed to be nailed to the strange desk-like structure in front of the bed whole only piurpose seems to be to act as a TV stand, but it's wide enough that it makes the corridor between the bed and that structure, plus the TV in the middle, something you have to navigate around, and I'm a smaller sized person. Just seems like with a very simple fix (wall-mounting a TV, or if that's not possible, placing it at an angle so people watching TV can actually see it and no one trips over it). The second thing is that there were so many bright LED lights on appliances etc, that essentially once i'd turned the lights off to go to bed i could see everything despite having blackout curtains closed entirely. i ended up putting towels etc over the lights so it wouldn't be so bright. Anyway-- maybe these are just unique to me, but thought i'd mention if helpful
