We were on our way back from San Antonio and needed a place to crash for the evening. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were just needing a place to sleep, but this hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

FINALLY A GREAT HOTEL!!

I have stayed at to many hotels to begin to count and this one I put on my top 5! From the moment my daughter and I walked into the hotel it was amazing! The front lobby area was so clean and smelled fresh and Andy the front desk person was very courteous and helpful. Our room was great! When we walked in it also smelled fresh. Almost like an Ivory soap bar freshly unwrapped. The room was very bright not like other hotel room's that will have those darken spaces even with the window blinds open. This is way out there but the fridge actually kept our drinks cold! Not the ehhh cool, but COLD! Turn the water bottles ice cold! I knew there was to be a pool but I didn't get that chlorine overdose smell when we first got to the hotel. When we checked in we were actually next to it! We went and found the pool so warm and inviting that there would be no need for a hot tub. I'm sure it had to be a salt water pool because well not chlorine smell and my eyes didn't burn or dry my skin. Bed's were perfect! And the final test, Breakfast. Passed. Hot fresh and plenty to offer. I would do a solid 9/10 only and only because we had a room on the second floor and the elevator was having some work don. Otherwise I will stay there every time I have business to attend to in the Wichita area and need to stay overnight or a few nights. Thank you for a great stay and I hope to come back soon.

Absolute horrible stay. Started with broken window in room, then the bed had a horrible banging noise when you got in or out of it. The pools heater did not work. Stayed there three nights, every night there was construction workers partying in the parking lot smoking pot and drinking. None of the outside lights worked. Last night of stay, there were young kids running up and down the hallway, and there was a heavy cigarette smoke smell coming from the room the kids were staying in. My daughter had to call the front desk at 1am to complain. When we were checking out, after waiting for the manager to come in, we were told that bed noise was the brand new metal bed frames and the pools heater was broken. Had nothing to say about anything else. He offered us 20% off, but ended up only being for one night. This place was horrible and Best Western really should be ashamed to be associated with this place.

Andy at the front desk who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. He provided many details of the amenities available, what time breakfast is served, ice machine, etc. It appears that the hotel was recently remodeled. Our room was very clean and had been recently remodeled as well. The air conditioning worked as it should. The beds were comfortable the shower, even though it has a low flow, still worked well enough to get a decent shower Breakfast in the morning was served from 6 AM to 9 AM. The offerings were very good from fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, and pancakes. I tried the eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage, and they were all decent, and did not taste like some generic breakfast that you find at other hotels my dog Sully, especially liked the sausage! Overall, from the quality experience of my check in process with Andy, to the accommodations in our room and the included breakfast, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again when traveling through the area.
