Room 217 - the fridge was defrosting and flooded the floor when I opened it. I cleaned that up. There was no hot water, so wasn't able to shower. Told the front desk they said they would make a note of it. TV didn't work unless I unplugged the cable box and restarted it. Every time I turned it off I had to reset the cable box again. Since I purchased through Expedia I was not able to get any type of compensation for two rooms. I also reserved room 218 and they had no hot water. Would not recommend this hotel. Expedia should compensate me for the inconvenience since the hotel didn't seem to care. All I ask for is a bed and shower; well I got one.

After a long day of traveling I had high hopes for this hotel, which unfortunately went unfulfilled. The night clerk was very kind & upgraded me to a suite because she knew my original room “smelled bad”. This made more sense as while waiting the lobby was filled with several unsavory drunken characters: apparently regulars well known to the clerk. The room itself was large & seemed nice, but was located right next to the heavily trafficked elevators. The tissue paper walls allowed me to hear all the noise from the elevators & room next door, which went on until 0200 & resumed again at 0630. The carpet below the HVAC unit was soaking wet & accounted for an unpleasant musty smell. Definitely one of my least favorite recent hotel experiences.
