Nice hotel with good location on the river. Walkable to some restaurants and shopping. Riverfront walk was also nice. Ive stayed in several Drury Plazas, so I usually know what to expect. The evening reception was good and the breakfast is better than most. Overall, I would recommend.

I would never recommend this hotel. Even to an enemy. Service was horrid. Amanda and Anok at the desk were not helpful. So many mistakes were made just checking in. Example writing room 288 on the card and no such room exists. Made me late for my daughter's wedding rehearsal. Several other issues. There were other people on the elevator complaining about this hotel. It is ashame. This location is nice.

Great place to stay

The hotel itself was great. I appreciated the included happy hour drinks and snacks, and the facilities are well kept and the decor is nice. Only problem was a power outage that meant an 8-story stair climb and no lights/AC (but that wasn't the hotel's fault). I'd stay here again!

The hotel was very secure and the historic environment was appealing. Unfortunately there was a power outage the night of our stay in the night hours so caused us to endure a warm room.

We love the complimentary happy happy hour and breakfast offered at the Drury! Clean rooms, safe atmosphere, and friendly staff are also among the reasons we choose to stay there when we travel.

We enjoyed the room and amenities, but the race car and motorcycle-like noise at night was very disruptive. We were woken several times throughout the night, which may be a deal breaker for future stays. Also kind of a bummer to have to pay $12 per night parking in addition to the room price.
