Inviting home all to yourself! This home has been completely updated with modern amenities. Nestled perfectly within Wichita's core, you are close to everything. Perfect place for a getaway, healthcare workers, or professionals!

You are close to EVERYTHING you need to do in Wichita. Minutes from Downtown, the Airport, College Hill, Clifton Square, US400 access, you name it!

The Space!
Clean, cozy, convenient, renovated and bright! The space is designed to offer comfort and convenience for guests whether they are visiting Wichita for work, leisure, or a little bit of both.

The living area has a large TV and comfortable sectional - the perfect place for guests to unwind! A private work space can be found here, perfect for if you are working from home. The living room opens to the dining room where there is a large table to enjoy meals (seating for 4).

All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics for you to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, Keurig, electric range, oven and microwave.

Right off the living room are two bedrooms with a new mattresses and luxurious bedding. One bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, the other equipped with a comfy King bed!

Located between the two bedrooms is the bathroom. It's a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The basement is your go-to spot for fun and relaxation! Perfect for making memories with family and friends, this space features board games, an air hockey table, and even a slot machine for hours of entertainment. Unwind on the comfortable futon (bedding in the closet) and enjoy movie nights on the large smart TV. You’ll also find the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer located right in the basement.

Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s just more fun traveling with the whole family. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced in. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your dog when unattended.

Overall, the house itself was clean. Upon entry, has a bit of a “smell” to it. Burned a couple candles and it was fine. There should be blinds or a curtain on the front door because one can see through into the entry and kitchen. I bought a yard of fabric and suction cup clips for more privacy; which I left for future guests. The kitchen had some snacks provided, which was nice. There’s no access to laundry facilities, so pack clothes accordingly. What was a bit unexpected was that it’s located directly across from a pretty large cemetery. For me, not a huge deal, but I feel some might be opposed to it. Not a bad stay, just wish I had all the information before I booked.

Good Stay in Wichita

This was perfect for my family for our short vacation in Wichita. Older neighborhood, but the perfect location for visiting restaurants and attractions. The fenced in yard was perfect for kids and our dog.
