From the moment we walked in, the entire experience felt more like standing in a chaotic Walmart checkout line than checking into a hotel. Things only went downhill from there. When we stepped off the elevator onto the third floor, we were met with a hallway so cluttered with oversized bags of trash and dirty laundry that it was difficult to even reach our room. It looked—and smelled—like housekeeping had given up entirely. We had booked a room advertised to comfortably accommodate five people, yet it seemed barely prepared for one. There were no hand towels, only two washcloths, and three bath towels for four guests. The king bed had a few pillows, but the second bed had none at all, and we were told flat-out that “extra pillows” were not available. We also had to request sheets and blankets for that second bed, which should have been ready in a room meant for multiple guests. The amenities were equally disappointing—just one water cup, one coffee cup, and essentially a single-person setup in a room that was supposed to be family-friendly. Overall, the room felt neglected, poorly stocked, and absolutely not what was advertised.

Breakfast was yummy. Room was fine but…seemed kind of dirty. Bathroom was not the cleanest. I spilled something and used a wet wipe to clean up in the bathroom…my wipe was BLACK. Super yucky: people were very loud a lot of the night and stomping around. It was hard to sleep but the hotel did the trick.

Clean room and a nice hotel. Staff was kind but seemed distracted at check-in. Super basic breakfast but it was served on time so that's all I ask for. Pool was kinda cold, there was an interesting smell by the check-in counter but it could have been a vinegar cleaning solution. Lots of families seem to meet up here for family gatherings, so it seems like they are doing something right here.

Yes. The front desk clerk was exceptional. She went above and beyond her job. To welcome us. And get us checked in as soon as possible. Her printer wasnt working. She was still doing her best to maintain a friendly, curteous attitude. And she worked towards finding an out of the box solution. She also did her best tp accomdate my Dads room. As he has a partial foot amputation, and to get him an accessible room on the first floor. We are so grateful! We will surely be staying here in the future. We have family here and come here frequently l..
