The desk clerk was unfriendly. Never made eye contact, no pleasantries. The room was DIRTY. The hotel allows pets and there was what appeared to be dog hair on the carpet. All the surfaces were dusty and there was hair on the bathroom floor. It was so bad I went to buy Clorox wipes to disinfect the room. Later in the evening another desk clerk stood right by the front entrance smoking while guests went in and out. Conveniently located near where we had a basketball tournament but I would never stay here again.

There were no carts. When speaking to the host we were told a sign stating keeping carts overnight in the rooms would do no good . Host was rude and unhelpful.

The accommodations were great! The king suite room was spacious and the staff was very helpful and nice.

No hot water, no service to answer questions

No hot water on Saturday morning and this happened at midnight and the property did not call anyone out till the morning as they did not see it as an emergency. They were hard to find to talk to to get answers and almost like they avoided everyone. They did state we would get a discount at checkout but of course no one was at the desk Sunday morning and hen numerous people were leaving.

They were very accommodating to my large family . Rooms were pretty clean . Pool hours were convenient and the pool area was heated . They have a small laundry room that was easy to use. Had a good stay . Will be back .

The staff was nice. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast. The property seemed newer but cleanliness was lacking. Stained comforter, unknown stain on floor under sink, buildup around shower and shower doors and on shower floor. Bed was not comfortable.

Great except when it was time to check out.

Everything was good except on the day of checking out the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 830am to see if we were gone or not and then proceeded to make a lot of noise in the hallway. Same housekeeper kept knocking on our door to see if we were getting ready to check out very rudely.
