Extremely helpful staff

We made a quick stop at this hotel on our way to a funeral. My husband accidentally left a pair of shoes that were not only very expensive but extremely sentimental. We received a call from Andra about 45 minutes after checking out to say that housekeeping found the shoes he left. She held onto them with our name for the long weekend so we could pick them up on our way home. This was so thoughtful and above and beyond what should be expected and we are extremely grateful!!!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a musty smell and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC down but Lisa was great. She came up to the room, adjusted the AC and sprayed the room with a Febreeze type product. She offered to give us a different room if we were still not happy but the AC seemed to clear out the mustiness. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were just staying for a quick overnight so the location was great. Overall we were satisfied, mainly because Lisa was so customer oriented which is so important in the hospitality business.

TV did not work! Bathroom floor was so slippery after a shower that it was dangerous! The furniture was nicked and looked old even though the hotel seemed to be new.
