The parking was close to the hotel. The room was clean. Room service was excellent. However, the phone in our room did not work throughout our stay and the front desk did nothing about it. We had to order room service through the front desk. There were no alarm clocks in the room and we were unable to have a wakeup call. Breakfast was excellent. Check in and out was easy. There was no hot water in the sink.

Didn’t get to check in. I rented the room because I was to have surgery on Monday morning and was to check in at 5. However less than hour later we were notified the surgeon was admitted to the hospital and my surgery was canceled. I couldn’t apply for a refund so the money was wasted through no fault of my own.

We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights at the hotel. Room was clean, and comfortable. One thing that we did not like was no microwave in the room. I have a medical condition and I need a microwave to heat up my medicine before using it. Having to use a microwave downstairs multiple times a day was not convenient. One evening staff person was not super friendly, but everyone else was very friendly and polite.
