I usually book an upgraded room but booked the lower tier this time just for a change. I expected it would feel like a downgrade but not at all. Still a very comfortable stay while welcomed and looked after by very hospitable staff.

Entire property well maintained clean Breakfast buffet style seemed a little over priced Reception staff and room attendants were fabulous Spa underwhelming more akin to a gym facility which is the main use perhaps but none the less clean not crowded and convenient and good value as included in room price

We paid for an executive room, it wasn’t worth the extra. Bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle, hairs on the bedding and towels, toilet seat was broken, extractor fan sounded like it was about to take off, the finishing touches just weren’t there. We usually stay in a standard room and far rate them over the executive. Facilities are excellent, common areas are nice and the staff are pleasant. Not our best stay here but satisfactory.
