The guesthouse shares a roof with us and between the guesthouse and main house there is a nice shared breezeway with a grill and plenty of seating We are rarely on that side of the house so you will have plenty of privacy

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and cozy.It was a nice area to stay and for the most part quiet. Occasionally there was some traffic noise but not bothersome. The kitchen was well stoked with more pots and pans than you will ever need. The outside patio is covered (connected to the main house) and has ample space to watch the rain from in comfort.We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly stay here again when in the area. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
