Step back in time to 1666, experience our Grade II listed Glamping Barns, wood logged fired, comfortable beds, hot showers all tastefully renovated 2020. Campfires and BBQ on our grounds for cosy evenings, situated in the heart of our scenic Lake district village of Caldbeck, with river walks, duckpond & waterfalls, fresh farm milk &eggs, gastronomic village pub, cafes, village shops. Hiking & cycling trails at your doorstep into the vast open planes leading to the gateway on the Northern Fells.
The space
A truly unique glamping experience staying in this old farm barn dating back to circa 1666.
Guest access
You will have your own private barn and outdoor seating area. The gardens are shared with the other barns and bothy. There is use of a fire pit also if you wish.
Other things to note
Please bring your own towels and bedding if more than 2 guests.
On arrival we recommend parking in the free public car park which is directly opposite the barn. The car park is outside the Village Pub. Walk down to the wooden gate at the side of the barns and enter there. Walk under the lean to and take the first door on the right and you have arrived! :)
