Important Building Notice: The elevator at Beau Rivage is currently out of service and is expected to remain unavailable until mid to late September. Please plan accordingly, as guests may need to use the stairs during this period.

Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces marked 204, parked in tandem (one in front of the other).

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a functional layout designed to accommodate up to eight guests. The living area provides a comfortable place to unwind and includes a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to the private balcony to enjoy ocean views. Didn’t realize you operated separate from the hotel. You charge more and don’t offer sheets or cleaning which we found out via email, 2 days prior. Hotel guest check in all day long, you want to charge extra for every little thing. The absolute worst part was you sent someone into our room without our permission because YOU didn’t provide the parking pass that you said was necessary. The pass was sitting right next to my daughter’s wallet. That is just wrong!
