Great location for family beach stay. Room was clean, kitchen is very basic but worked well for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Location is nice that after 2-3 blocks of condos/hotels it becomes a nice residential area making it overall quiet for the Jersey Shore. Best of all short walk down the dune to the beach and ocean views from our 4th floor balcony.
