Wildwood Townhome with Key West Flair 1600 sq ft

Wonderful Townhome located at the corner of Pacific & Andrews Ave., directly across the street from the Key West Cafe for great breakfast specials. Fantastic location only 2 blocks from the Beautiful beaches, boarkwalk and Convention Center and 1 block to Fox Park where they have Free Concerts , under the stars all summer long, just bring your chair.

A large fully equipped kitchen , living room , laundry room , furnished outside private deck and a half bath ( great for guests sleeping on queen sleeper ) are all located on the first floor.

The second floor has the three bedrooms , master suite bathroom has jacuzzi tub and a 2nd full bath , all rooms with great light.

Private parking 2 car garage w/door opener.

Terrific Choice

Wonderful place with many benefits. Pete is an easy-going, kind owner. Lots of space and having the bedrooms on the top floor gives a real sense of “difference” in the main-living area, which is spacious and diverse. The master bedroom is huge and offers a nice sitting area. The other bedrooms are a little tight, but perfectly fine for their purpose. Having 2 full & one half-bath is a luxury. The small room with the washer/dryer has nice storage space and Pete provides a lot of detergent options. Second story deck is wonderful. It gets the morning sun, but by early afternoon it is cool and shaded. A breeze seems to always be present. The gas grill was a wonderful asset. I appreciate how Pete stores it inside, keeping it in much better shape. Really made meals easy. It is walking distance to many locales (a dozen restaurants; two liquor stores; two blocks to mini-golf and a quick jaunt to the convention center and beach). Wifi worked well - even on the deck. TV access was crazy plentiful - in every BR, the kitchen and living room. Ceiling fans allow a breeze on those hotter days. I cannot say enough about Pete. In April, I asked to alter my arrival (I stayed for multiple weeks). No problem. During my stay, I had trouble figuring out the main TV. Pete replied to my texts quickly. When a new gas meter was put in, I had to be sure I could let “the guy” into the home. On both issues, Pete and I worked seamlessly together. I could not have asked for a better experience

Wildwood Townhouse

The place was very spacious and clean. Close to beach and many restaurants. It also had a gas grill we used once. The only negative thing I can say is that the WiFi was a little spotty. I would deffinately rent this place again.

Great location and property!

We were thrilled to find this gem when we were trying to book a vacation on short notice. The property is spacious, clean and a short walk to the beach. It being situated directly across from 2 restaurants where my family enjoyed breakfast nearly daily was an added bonus!
