The apartment is classically divided into bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the bedroom, a double bed with a continuous mattress (1.80x2m) and a TV, which is integrated in the closet, offers a lot of comfort. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a comfortable bed of 1.40 x 2m. WiFi, as well as a large Smart TV device with installed Netflix offers you everything the media heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and a fridge with freezer. In addition to the modern and very comfortable furnishings, there is a modern laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Our apartment Rosa is located on the site of a former shipping company. There is ample parking space available to the guest.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
