The room was exceptional, as always. However check in , was a bit disappointing, there were 2 men working the check in desk, we were told to step over to the second man for help, he mumbled something and handes us the room key , we looked on the card for the room number. Then at 4am my husband woke to a room door repeatedly banging from next door to I us and yelling..I love this hotel z we've been staying here when in town the last several years , but th service seems to be declined,not sure why . The check out staff was opposite of the check in staff , asked how the stay was. Was pleasant, etc... we didn't complain as what can they do ?

Great property with very well designed rooms. The kitchenette was well-appointed, spotless and truly functional. Bed was comfortable. Staff was fantastic. I didn’t try the breakfast, but the coffee was fresh.
