First, we are elderly and needed a first floor room. We sent a message thru hotels.com, left a voicemail with the hotel itself, and also sent an email directly to the hotel. Nevertheless, upon arrival we were booked on the second floor without an elevator. Fortunately, the front desk was able to make some last minute shifts and we did get a first floor room. But this should not have been necessary. Secondly, the replacement room was not the king that we booked and also had only one small chair for 2 people. Thirdly, the showers were slippery and did not have any grab bars.

I completely enjoy our stay. Though it was brief, it was perfect. From the Clerk at the counter checking us in to our very clean and very spacious room. Complete five star service. We will most definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are recently updated and very cute. They have carpet and they are a pet friendly hotel which is just a small thing for me. Breakfast is included and amazing. Would stay here again.

The Sunset is well maintained motel. The grounds are spotless. Nice grill area for the guests. Within walking distance of downtown. Would highly recommend.

Clean room…older facility but seems like it’s been remodeled within the last couple of years. Free breakfast is made to order off menu boards, eggs bacon sausage ect…. French toast, pancakes, prepared while you wait and brought to your table… nice touch for a change! Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Found it by chance after a bad experience checking into the motel we had booked, Rose’s motel in Willcox, the owner was off her meds or something so we decided to look elsewhere, so glad we did!

The inside of the hotel room itself was nice but the surrounding area including the property grounds did not feel safe. Someone threw a huge rock and shattered our windshield at a nearby grocery store and I felt unsafe walking my dog in the area even during the day. At night time there were loud noises and people constantly coming and going. I don’t want to speculate but it did not seem like hotel guests.
