Spanning several lots and boasting over 500' of beachfront, this property has the best of both worlds. A private protected sand bar with acres of sand that is always calm and perfect for kids. A private cove to watch the sunsets and a Cay with its own private beach just steps away.

Sugar Beach stretches to the west, perfect for an evening stroll. This house is perfect for a large family or a trip with your friends. It has a main house which is almost completely glass on the ocean side with two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a third bedroom as well. The property has two guest cottages as well,. The main house is perched right out on point of land where the ocean meets the lagoon and the lapping water and the magical view is breathtaking. The sunrise cottage, has two bedrooms, two full baths, a living area and kitchenette. The Sunrise Cottage is perched right on the edge of sand bar with an amazing private deck and a few yards from the most beautiful beach on the Island. The Sunset Cottage has the same two bedroom, two bath, living and kitchenette layout as well. It is right on the edge of the ocean facing west towards Sugar Beach. A few palm trees are the only thing between this cottage and the protected Lagoon cove. The three buildings and the oceanfront pool are all connected by paths which are close together yet unparalleled privacy. The entire property is comprised of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a three sided glass great room, state of the art kitchen on the nicest lot in Exuma. The protected cove makes a perfect spot for anchoring a boat as even in strong winds, that area is always calm. Simply beyond words....

When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing, great AC, lighting fast internet, sunrise and sunset from the glass walls in the living room. We have already booked our return trip this fall! Thank you, we miss it already!

Relaxing family Christmas in Exuma

This was our first time and Exuma. We loved that the island is quiet and does not support large resorts and the crowds accompanying them. Getting to and from the home in our rental car was easy; we booked two sailing excursions and dinner reservations that made a rental car necessary. We used the provisioning service provided by the property manager, Judy. There were some issues; items were out of stock due to the time they shopped. We cooked all of our meals at home except two dinners out. The kitchen was well stocked; we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, which is always a concern of ours. The outdoor spaces and the view were amazing! We spent our days on the beach, kayaking and snorkeling in the calm water. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay! Thank you!

A Dream Getaway in Paradise!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our vacation experience at this property in Little Exuma. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was stunning—pristine, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters were absolutely breathtaking, and we had direct access to some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. The location was perfect for exploring the beaches. We snorkeled right on the property, went kayaking and enjoyed boat trips to secluded sandbars and lobster fishing. It felt like we had our own little slice of paradise. The manager Judy was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and responsive to every question or request. They truly made sure our stay hassle-free and memorable. If you’re considering a vacation at the Blue Lagoon don’t hesitate to book! This was one of the best trips we’ve ever had, and we’re already planning our next trip!

Beautiful Home on a Beautiful Secluded Beach!

The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages. I can’t even begin to describe how much my family enjoyed this house and all the fun that was had in the shallow waters of the sandbar, kayaking the small river to see the sea turtles, and finishing up our day in the pool. Anything we needed, Judy, the property manager, saw that it was taken care of promptly. This is our 6th year in a row vacationing in the Exumas and definitely our favorite home!

Family-Friends Vacation

Our family, visiting from Texas, booked the first week of July. An absolutely fabulous experience. We are a group of 14 (6 adults and 8 kids ages 3-10) and had plenty of space. Words cannot describe the beauty of this location. It is masterfully planned on the corner of the lagoon, providing views of both open ocean and the calm, quiet lagoon pool. Our kids called the lagoon the “kids ocean” - there was plenty of room for them to explore, play and use their imaginations. The house comes with kayaks which were enjoyed by kids and adults alike. The property itself is exquisite. Clean, beautifully decorated, it has a feeling of peace within its walls. The property consists of three separate houses with the main living area in the large house located in the center of the property. There was a proper chef’s kitchen wherein we cooked all our meals. The best thing about this property is that it’s quiet and feels remote. Access to basic groceries within about a half hour drive. Though, if you are particular about your food preferences, I would highly recommend bringing some of your favorite snacks with you in your luggage. In general, bring what you need…sunscreen, snorkel gear, etc. The house is very nicely equipped; all the tools you need to be “at home” are there. The property is managed by a wonderful lady named Judy who made sure that all was going to plan. The property owner also checked on us - he is kind and professional! GREAT TRIP- we will be back! Best place ever!

Beautiful house and location but not so good house manager.

House and location are amazing. Can't imagine anywhere else on the island being better. Water and beach on 3 sides of this house. House in great shape! AC not so good in some bedrooms so you have to move provided fans around. If you want the cooler master stay in the west side master of the main house. There are 2 masters. Property manager seemed very accommodating before arrival by email and phone but once we got on the island, we never met her or spoke with her. It was always another person. The manager arranged rentals cars (2) for us. Didn't tell us it was her cars, and they were in terrible condition. To the point of unsafe to drive. We requested different cars and that's when I could tell she was getting salty. She would not discount our rentals ($150.00/day) for cars that didn't even run, they were shutting off, windows wouldn't roll down and the AC didn't work. She opted to pick the cars up from me but not provide a solution, so she was willing to leave us stranded at the house with 12 people and no transportation. She said I'd have to find alternate options which at this point there was none. So, we were stuck. So, in short, this house and location are cream of the crop, but the house manager is not.

Unbelievable and unforgettable

Probably the best property our family has rented in the 15 years of traveling together on our annual trip. Our party of 12 was blown away. The location is so unique and absolutely gorgeous. Your own kayak “river”, private sandbar, private little beach (not to mention the beach just a few steeps over the rocks. Snorkeling just out the back door just yards from the private beach. The host took amazing care of us and the owner was great to communicate with. The host arranged for taxis, rental cars, chef prepared meals, massages in the villa, spear fishing, boat trips to the pigs, chat n chill, sandbar, pirates of the Caribbean beach….. just to name a few. All were outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Amazing doesn't cut it

If you are considering a trip to Exuma, this is the only property you should be considering. What makes this house so special is it has everything. The location, the space, an owner who is involved and a team in Exuma that is the best team I have ever experienced. From my first contact to my departure, the team at Blue Lagoon was on top of every single one of my requests. We spend a long weekend there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The staff set up everything. When I say everything, I mean everything. Food was fully stocked when we arrived. Beautiful charcuterie boards and champagne waiting for us. I forgot to add ice to my list but they knew we would need it so picked it up...they just know what you want and need! The next day, they arranged a boat to pick us up literally at our back door. We walked outside and there was a boat to take us all over to some of the most beautiful spots and to pig island then dropped us back off right at our door step. The next day, I texted Larissa and asked if there was any chance she could get us some jet skis. Within an hour, we had jet skis delivered right to our back door. But the highlight was the birthday party. I asked for a birthday part on the beach with chef dinner, DJ, bartender...the works. Larissa did no disappoint. To be able to have a party like that in a location like that was something I would never have imagined. I have so much more to say but I'm out of characters! THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Found paradise!

Best house we’ve ever rented! Great location! Wonderful host and concierge. They can arrange everything you wish for! The house is wonderfully equipped and that view…..that view is just amazing! We spent one week with friends and we loved every minute! There is so much to explore around the house! Make sure to bring a lot of sunscreen and some bug spray. We can highly recommend that property! Thank you Dean and team!

Amazing! Relaxing! Beautiful!

This was our annual girls trip. We had the best time! We were looking to relax and chill for the week. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the place. It’s very remote and very quiet. It’s quite a ways from town. The lazy river was amazing! We spent all day in it! We only used the pool one day. The property is just as beautiful as the photos. My only very small complaint was that we couldn’t get WiFi in the one little house by the pool. Not a big deal as the main house never had any issues. Had to fall asleep to the ocean waves instead of my phone. Didn’t take long to get used to that! There were also some little sand flea type bugs biting so bring some bug spray. I can’t say enough about the lazy river! We kayaked the mangroves every day too! You will definitely want a rental car!

Words cannot express how beautiful and special this island and this home are. If you are considering booking this home, do it, and thank yourself later!! We stayed here for my 40th birthday trip with 6 other couples and everyone had the most incredible time!! The owner, Dean, is so helpful and responds to your messages quickly and pleasantly! I see why he loves the Bahamas, his soul is one with this beautiful island as he truly wants you to enjoy the peace and tranquility that is Blue Lagoon and Little Exuma. Thank you Dean for answering all of my Qs so quickly!! When you book your stay, immediately book a captained cruise with Theo and his son TJ out to pig island and stocking island for a visit at chat n chill, cap it off with a sunset at Da Sandbar and tell Trina Sarah says hi! Additionally, book a private chef prepared dinner with Chef Khristont - he sings and I’m pretty sure that jerk chicken and chimmichurri steak changed my life!! We experienced a storm and the power went out but came back on an hour or so later. On the island, when the power goes out apparently the water turns off too. No fear! Just buzz Judy and she’ll get it back on for you in less than 15 minutes - it’s island life, no need to worry or complain!! Last, enjoy every minute on the serene sound, by the lagoon of this property as you can. Our days spent lounging on the private beach, sea shelling the sandbar or kayaking into the mangroves will be a core memory of a lifetime!!

Do not hesitate. This is the one.

Our stay was amazing. The property has absolutely everything. Privacy and beauty everywhere. We even found a great snorkeling spot essentially right off the property. The lazy river was great. There is a private beach nearby if you explore around. Both the owner and property manager were very nice and helpful too. I was nervous before we left because everything seemed almost too easy. However, Judy was at the airport with our vehicle and Check-in at the property was also simple. It is a bit off the beaten path and away from nightlife, but that was perfect for us. I would suggest 4WD on any vehicle rented. With that said, I highly recommend this place.

More than exceeded expectations.

I have never been able to give a five star rating on any vacation I have taken till now. From booking our trip to picking up a vehicle at the airport and being looked after during my family stay, I was deeply impressed. I arrived to a stunning house that was fully furnished for all my family’s needs. From the moment I entered the house I was met with the cool air conditioning inside. Then I saw the beautiful view of the ocean through the front sliding doors and I instantly knew this was a place I would not want to leave. The many pictures that we took, made everyone envious back home. These pictures showed us swimming in the mangroves, taking a half day boat trip to sandy beach, having lunch at stocking island while petting stingrays and chasing needlefish. We played in the ocean on provided kayaks and spent the evenings enjoying the clean, heated pool well into the night. The morning of our last day, my wife and I stood one last time with our feet in the ocean, reluctant to leave but already planning for our return. Thank you Dean Hiebert for providing a place like no other for my family to make life long memories.

Dream Vacation Spot

Incredible! From the moment you walk in the door you know you've chosen the right place for a dream vacation! Private, perfectly located, lots to explore or the best place to just sit and soak it all in. An inviting atmosphere where every detail has been carefully considered. Our kids didn't touch their electronics this whole trip - and not just the kids, my husband and I found there was always something to explore and enjoy right here on the property and because of the unique location it didn't matter if it was windy, our shoreline was always beautiful and calm. Soft sandy beach right out front, if you throw on a mask and peek in the mangroves you will find what looked like an aquarium of tropical fish! The hosts are second to none, quick to respond and make sure you are well taken care of. We loved every moment of our stay at this property, I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Incredible Location

The house was absolutely beautiful and right on a secluded beach. The beach is just steps from the door and the natural cove is an amazing spot for kids of all ages to play and kayaking in the ocean and up the channel was out of this world. The host was a pleasure to deal with and the house was spacious with incredible views. I will definitely be coming back.

Epic Family Vacation

Blue Lagoon is the perfect property for all ages. We spent our days snorkeling, kayaking and relaxing in calm water. We love this property so much we can’t wait to visit again!

Paradise Found

The views around the house were spectacular. The water was so calm and clear. Everyone enjoyed their time from our 7 year old to our 75 year old. The houses were perfect for multiple families and gave everyone their own space. We used the kayaks every day to explore the mangroves and even a couple small islands that are close. Judy was a huge help and very quick to help. We lost water one day but she had it back on within 30 minutes. The closest grocery store is about 40 minutes away, so plan accordingly. It had rained a lot before we got there and a little while we were there, so the bugs were really bad. Just bring some spray or stay in the ocean. Overall, an unreal location and will go back in a heartbeat if we can.
